Lifetime eSIM Partner Program Terms

1. Standard operating model

TOKYO307 is the seller and connectivity provider in the standard inventoryless model. The partner introduces the dedicated URL or QR code and must not make guarantees beyond the information shown by TOKYO307.

2. Review and activation

Partners established outside Japan may receive a preview account after email verification, but cannot begin sales or distribution until TOKYO307 approves the application. TOKYO307 may request identity, incorporation, tax, website or business-purpose evidence.

3. Rewards and business use

Rewards are calculated from eligible transactions under the conditions shown in the dashboard. In the standard shared-inventory model, the initial 1GB purchase has no reward and eligible later top-ups are currently credited at 5%. Rates may differ for dedicated inventory or individually agreed terms.

4. JPY ledger and payouts

All rewards and settlement records are maintained in JPY. Japanese partners may register a domestic bank account; approved international partners may register a Wise recipient. The recipient-currency amount and exchange rate are determined when TOKYO307 executes the payout.

Wise charges, currency-conversion costs, correspondent-bank charges and other recipient-side transfer costs may be deducted from the JPY payout basis. Fees unknown before execution cannot appear on the preliminary statement and are recorded after execution.

5. Tax and compliance

Each partner is responsible for its own tax filings and legal compliance. TOKYO307 may withhold tax or request documentation where required by Japanese law, a tax treaty, sanctions controls, anti-money-laundering rules, or a payment provider.

6. Suspension, records and governing law

TOKYO307 may limit or suspend the program for fraud, non-payment, security incidents, legal risk or material breach. Transaction, payout, consent and audit records may be retained for legal, accounting, dispute and security purposes. These terms are governed by Japanese law and the Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction at first instance.
